Since the online-purchasing is a new consumption pattern, there is few research on the profit model of network worldwide . Therefore, to find out a suitable profit model is the top priority for the development of Chinese online group purchasing. This paper aims to analyze the successful experience of the profit model abroad and industry trends, in order to conduct a in-depth exploration and research on the profitability of domestic online group purchasing model. Firstly, to have a general understanding of the current situation and environment of the online group purchase. Secondly, to summed up the main types of profit model of some online group purchase webs and analyze the current problems. Furthermore, to research the profit model of online group purchase. Through comparative analysis, drawing reference and summarizing profit model of the successful experience of foreign online group purchase websites, then according to the definition of the online group purchase profit model, it proposes some suggestions on existing profit model structure form business structure and transaction structure.
