PAGE PAGE 9 从苏州广大家园“新概念社区文化”看社区文化建设 公共事业管理专业学生 张慧娜 指导教师 谭放 摘要：社区文化建设在社区建设中占有极其重要的地位,对社区文化建设的研究也现出其必要性。本文主要以苏州广大家园的“新概念社区文化”建设的情况为实际例子，分析我国当今社区文化建设中所存在的问题，并通过借鉴其成功经验，如：成立专门社区文化小组，加强以人为本原则的认识，组织培训，加强硬件设施建设。在社区文化建设中充分发挥网络技术的优势，提高居民对社区文化的参与热情，降低相关社区文化活动的组织成本。通过对其经验的借鉴，总结出解决我国社区文化建设的方法和策略：不仅要从根本上加强社区文化建设参与者与组织者对社区文化的认识，而且更重要的是要加强社区内的硬件设施建设，而且要提高社区文化建设工作者的整体素质，使我国社区文化建设取得较好的成绩。 关键词：社区文化；新概念社区；文化建设 Analysis of the Community Cultural Construction Through the“New Concept of Community Cultural Construction” of GuangDa Home in Suzhou Student majoring in Public Administration ZHANG Huina Tutor TAN Fang Abstract：Community cultural development in the community building occupies an extremely important position, the cultural construction of the community also presented its necessity.
