山东交通学院 安全系统工程课程设计 题目：家庭用电热水器系统安全分析 院(系)别 交通与物流工程学院 专 业 安全工程 班 级 安全102 姓 名 _ 学 号 1005172 _ 课 程 名 安全系统工程 _ 指导教师 时间： 2013 年 12 月 2 日 到 2013 年 12 月 13 日 摘 要: 现如今电热水器已走进千家万户，但是电热水器是家用电器中发生安全事故最多的产品之一，我国每年都会发生多起电热水器伤人事件，并因此而引起的消费纠纷和责任纠纷比比皆是。所以对电热水器的安全系统分析及风险的的研究，有助于解决这些消费纠纷和责任纠纷。本文在熟悉电热水器结构、组成、工作原理和安全措施的基础上，采用安全检查标的评价方法对电热水器的安全性进行评价。通过建立事故树对事件树中的初始事件和环节事件进行分析，找出导致电热水器事故发生的危险因素。再利用事故树对事件树中的初始事件和环节事件进行分析，算出顶事件概率。通过概率计算，依此制订合适的电热水器产品的安全使用措施。 关键词：家用电热水器；安全检查表；事故树；安全措施 Abstract: Nowadays electric water heater has entered innumberable families, but the electric water heater is safety accidents occur most often in home appliances products, one of several electric water heater incident happens every year in China, and thus caused by the consumption disputes and liability disputes abound. So the safety of the electric water heater system analysis and the research of the risk, help solve these consumption disputes and responsibility for the dispute. Familiar with electric water heater structure is presented in this paper, composition, working principle and safety measures, on the basis of using safety check mark evaluation method to evaluate the safety of the electric water heater. By establishing the fault tree of initial events and links of the event tree analysis, find out the risk factors lead to electric water heater of the accident. Reuse the accident tree on initial events and links of the event tree analysis, calculate ChuDing event probability. Through the probability calculation, in this formulation suitable safe use measures of electric water heater products.
