Lesson 27 Whats Your Advice? 【教学目标】 1.能够掌握课标要求的“四会”词汇:advice, spell, number, seventeen, eighteen, opposite 2.了解如何用英语提出建议。 3.自己介绍自己喜欢做的游戏。 【教学重难点】 1.掌握一些与提出建议有关的重点词汇:let, choose, make, wonderful 2.激发学生兴趣,让学生运用所学知识介绍自 己喜欢的游戏。 3.掌握以下重点句子: ①This is making me tired! ②When Danny gets to fifty-one, he stops counting. ③Jenny picks another number and Danny counts. ④Thats very good advice, Danny! 【课前准备】 录音机、幻灯片、图片 ┃教学过程设计┃ 一、创设情境,切入主题 Step 1 Lead-in Lead in by showing some pictures of playing games and asking for the advice. Let the students check in groups and ask questions about the subjects. Then present results in front of the class. Questions:What game do you like to play?Whats your advice on playing it? 二、展开过程,探究新知 Step 2 Listening Listen to the tape and know about the main points of the passage. At the same time, fill in the blanks with the words you hear: 1.Danny and Jenny are going to play________ diamond. 2.Jenny feels ________ when counting the numbers. 3.When they play again, Jenny chooses ________and a new number. Finish the task in class in oral. Step 3 Reading Read the passage and answer the following questions: 1.What number does Danny choose at first? 2.What is the second advice of the game? 3.Who counts the number for the last time? Read the passage and finish task in class in oral. Step 4 Practice Make a note to introduce how you play your favourite game. Work in groups to finish the task. After a while, let some groups present their notes in front of the class. When the students are writing, the teacher walks around them to solve the problems that probably happen. Step 5 Come to “Lets Do It!” Read the lesson and answer the question of Exercise 1 together.
