承德石油高等专科学校毕业论文 PAGE 固定管板式换热器制造工艺 摘要： 换热器作为一种流体间传递热量的设备，在化工行业中占有举足轻重的地位。列管式换热器单位体积具有的传热面积大以及传热效果好。其中固定管板式换热器为两端管板和壳体连接成一体，具有结构简单和造价低廉等优点，因此使用较为广泛。 本文介绍了主要介绍了固定管板式换热器的结构及各零部件的加工工艺、注意事项及换热器安装。着重探讨了换热管、筒体、折流板等各部分工作原理及加工工艺。从制造工艺角度来看，主要包括材料的选择与净化、矫形、筒体的展开、划线、切割、边缘加工、弯曲成型、装配与焊接、热处理、质量检验等。 关键词：固定管板式 结构 加工 安装 FIXED TUBE PLATE HEAT EXCHANGER MANUFACTURING PROCESS ABSTRACT: The heat exchanger transmit thermal between one kind of fluid and another. The equipment play an important role in heat transfer .The fixed tube heat exchanger have a good advantage of the large heat transfer area and the heat transfer effect is good. For the fixed tube plate heat exchanger，the two sides tubes and plates are connected with the shell ，so the structure is simple and the cost of production is low， as a result it is used widespread This paper describes the various parts of the structure of the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger process, attention to issues and heat exchanger installation. The paper detailed introduces the Tube, cylinder, fold flow plate part of the working principle and processing technology. From the manufacturing process point of view，mainly including the selection of materials and purification, orthopedic, cylinder expansion, marking, cutting, edge processing, bending forming, assembly and welding, heat treatment, quality inspection and so on .
