ZH1105柴油机连杆攻丝专机总体及靠模、床身设计 摘要：组合机床是以通用部件为基础，配以按工件特定形状和加工工艺设计的专用部件，组成的半自动或自动专用机床。本课题所设计的组合机床是用于ZH1105柴油机机体单面攻螺纹,提高了生产效率, 降低加工成本。 设计的内容包括总体设计和靠模、床身设计。该组合机床用于加工柴油机机体连杆大端的2×M12×1.25-5H深18,一次装夹同时加工。总体设计包括机床配置型式的确定、结构方案的选择以及“三图一卡”的绘制。该机床设计采用卧式单面攻螺纹的方案，加工和装配的工艺性好,零件装夹方便。在靠模设计过程中，采用第I类攻丝靠模,用来组成攻螺纹靠模装置的攻螺纹机构，进给运动是通过攻螺纹机构来实现。在床身设计中，根据滑台的型号来选择床身，滑台为液压滑台1HY401A，选用的床身的长为1590mm，宽为400mm，高为200mm。再根据机床的实际工作情况选择材料为HT150。 本组合机床有结构简单、操作方便、加工精度高、工人劳动强度低及有利于提高加工生产率等优点。 关键词：组合机床；攻螺纹；靠模；床身 本设计来自：完美毕业设计网 登陆网站联系客服远程截图或者远程控观看完整全套论文图纸设计 客服QQ：8191040 The whole plane connecting rod tapping and carriage cam、Lathe bed in the ZH1105 engine body Abstract: The modular machine tool is a semi-automatic or a automatic machine tool, which composed of special parts.
