毕 业 设 计（论 文） 题 目：基于PLC的AGV工业机器臂的控制系统软件设计 （英文）： The software design of control system for?AGV industrial?robot?based on PLC 院 别： 自动化学院 专 业： 电气工程及其自动化 姓 名： 李广葵 学 号： 2010105144021 指导教师： 张伦玠 日 期： 2014-4-11 基于PLC的AGV工业机器臂的控制系统软件设计 摘要 AGV即：Automated Guided Vehicle 简称AGV,意思是“自动导引运输车”。本设计利用PLC对AGV工业机器臂进行软件设计，通过PLC编程使得AGV机械臂能自动将物品运输到指定的地点，达到准确、高效、灵活地完成搬运物料的任务。 本控制系统采用PLC模块作为控制核心，之所以采用PLC，是因为PLC适用于工业控制方面，相对于其他控制系统，以单片机为例，PLC可以在恶劣的工业环境下工作，具备较强的稳定性和抗干扰能力，而且编程简单，这些特性都使得PLC极其适用于工业控制。 本文以AGV搬运小车上的工业机器臂为主要研究对象，针对机器臂的运动方式和工作方式设计相应的控制方式，完成在自动化生产线中自动搬运机器臂系统这一典型的机电一体化系统。提高现代化工厂部门之间物料搬运和内部运输的协调性，是实现生产全盘自动化的重要举措。 关键词：AGV；PLC；机械臂；软件设计 The software design of control system for?AGV industrial?robot?based on PLC ABSTRACT AGV：Automated Guided Vehicle Referred to AGV，Meansautomatic guided vehicle。This design using PLC software Programming for AGV industrialrobot arm, it using the PLC programming make AGV manipulator can automatically transport goods to the designated location, To achieve accurate, efficient, flexible and completematerials handling tasks. The control system adopts PLC as the core control module,PLC is used why it applies to industrial design,Compared with the other control system,MCU as an example,PLC can work in harsh industrial environments, strong stability and anti-interference ability, and simple programming, these features make it very suitable for industrial control PLC. This paper takes AGV handling industrial robot arm on the cart as the main object of study, aiming at the machine arm movement and working mode design its corresponding control method, to complete the automatic handling robot system is a typical mechatronics system in automatic production line. To improve the material handling and transportation coordination between modern chemical factory sector, is an important
