第 PAGE 1 页 共 NUMPAGES 11 页 浅析我国物流企业对美国联邦快递经营模式的借鉴 摘要：随着世界经济的快速发展和现代科学技术的进步，物流产业作为国民经济中一个新兴的服务部门，正在全球范围内迅速发展。在国际上，物流产业被认为是国民经济发展的动脉和基础产业，其发展程度成为衡量一国现代化程度和综合国力的重要标志之一，被喻为促进经济发展的加速器。物流在经济发展中的地位和作用已经得到了社会的认可，有人甚至把物流业作为下一个产业发展热点，中国加入WTO，物流业在竞争中的将获得新的发展，但相对于发达国家的物流产业而言，中国的物流产业尚处于起步发展阶段。虽然我国目前已出现了许多从事物流的企业，但是组织方式的科学性，各环节的衔接和协作的规范性，服务功能的多样性和服务质量都有所欠缺，值得进一步探讨和实践。 关键词：联邦快递；我国物流企业；企业经营模式；发展战略 Abstract: As the world economys rapid development and progress of modern science and technology, logistics industry as an emerging economy in the service sector, is developing rapidly worldwide. Internationally, the logistics industry is considered to be the arteries of national economic development and basic industries, their level of development as a measure of a countrys degree of modernization and comprehensive national strength is one important indicator has been described as the promotion of economic development, accelerator. Logistics in the economic development of the status and role has been recognized by the society, some people even the logistics industry as the next hot industrial development, Chinas accession to WTO, the logistics industry in competition will be a new development, but compared with developed countries, logistics industry, Chinas logistics industry is still at an initial stage of development. Although our country has now appeared in a number of enterprises engaged in logistics, but the organization of the scientific, convergence and collaboration of all sectors of the normative service functions, the diversity and quality of service are lacking, it is worth further exploration and practice.
