244 West China Medical Journal Vol.28 No.2 Feb. 2013 2013 28 , , 华西医学 , （2） 论　著 孕11～40周正常胎儿静脉导管血流频谱分析 1, 2 1 周彩云 ，罗红 【摘要】　目的　分析不同孕周正常胎儿静脉导管的频谱特征及血流频谱参数，得到不同孕周胎儿各频谱参数的 正常参考值范围。 方法　2011 年 6 月－ 9 月检测记录不同孕周胎儿的静脉导管波形及各频谱参数，统计各频谱参 数的正常参考值范围，并评估与其孕周的相关性。 结果　 胎儿静脉导管的频谱速度参数与孕周呈正相关，阻力参 数与孕周呈负相关，均以 11 ～20 周变化趋势较明显，其中 3.59% 的胎儿静脉导管频谱出现异常。 结论　正常胎 儿的静脉导管血流参数与孕周有较好的相关性，静脉导管频谱在孕 16 周前可出现生理性的异常。 【关键词】　静脉导管；胎儿；超声 【文献标识码】　A　　　　DOI: 10.7507/1002-0179 Analysis of Normal Fetal Ductus Venosus Spectrum at 11-40 Weeks of Gestation　ZHOU Cai-yun 1,2 1 , LUO Hong . 1. China 【Abstract】 Objective To get the normal reference range by analyzing the ductus venosus (DV) flow spectral characteristics and parameters of the fetus at different gestational age. Methods　Between June and September, 2011, we recorded the DV waveform and spectrum parameters, analyzed the normal group at each gestational age, and assessed the correlation of the spectral parameters and gestational age. Results　The statistical analysis found that the DV velocity parameters had positive relationship with gestational age, while the resistance parameters had negative relationship with more obvious trends at 11-20 weeks. And there were 3.59% fetuses showing abnormal DV waveform. Conclusions　The statistical anal
