* Enterprise Rules provides a very powerful set of tools as well as a complete development for environment implementing “Rules Based Projects”. Rules can be created to examine data in real-time within operational systems or in freestanding projects within the CRM environment. This allows total flexibility and the ability to manage very complex rule evaluation. Key customer activities can be detected in near real-time. Complex rules can then be invoked to generate high value leads and successful marketing campaigns. ============================================================================================== The following was the original copy: Enterprise Rules module to establish a framework through which marketing opportunities are filtered. These rules are developed in a user friendly graphical environment, but add tremendous power to your marketing organization. These two modules create the relevancy in marketing communications that create true competitive differentiation. Features include: Rules are used by various components of the application to determine action based on an event or behavior. A graphical tool is provided to assist in the organization and definition of rules. * Complex rules offer unlimited options for making decisions; external tables and databases can be queried, data streams analyzed, virtually any data assessment can be included – within the time constraints of the event. Intelligent Agents are often implemented within operational systems – where the relevant data is close at hand. The available API then provides linkage into the Touchpoint Server system where the event can be acted upon.
