As the main carrier of the economic globalization and commitment, multinational companies that experienced from small to large and from less to more have achieved remarkable development for more than a century. The joint venture company is a form of transnational. When the worlds political and economic environment has changed dramatically and productivity has improved continuously and accelerating technology updates rapidly, how to coordinate the relationship between the subsidiary and the parent company? How to cooperate the relationship of many subsidiaries with non-competitive? And how multinational companies control the joint venture effectively and keep developing.
