PAGE - PAGE III - 摘 要 随着社会经济的蓬勃发展，建筑陶瓷的需求量日益增大。为了迎合我国的飞速发展，设计一条适合现阶段建筑需求的陶瓷生产线势在必行，使其更经济,更合理,更适应社会的需求。 我选的课程设计是拟在山东德州地区建造渗花抛光砖生产线。由于抛光砖投资大而风险高，并且抛光砖的市场占有率还明显低于当年水晶砖的市场份额，但其它种类地砖又难以与抛光砖争雄，并且抛光砖的出口状况和前景令人鼓舞。我们可以利用山东的迅速发展而提供的市场的优势来进行生产。 我的设计是年产300万m2渗花抛光砖联合车间工厂工艺设计。联合车间主要包括各种产品在成型时的各种技术条件、工作制度和设备选型计算，其重点是设备选型。重要设备包括压砖机、干燥窑、渗油线和辊道窑。压砖机采用YP4280型全自动液压压砖机，干燥窑采用卧式辊道窑。 在本设计的设计过程中，机械设备将尽可能的选用国产设备，对于一些性能要求较高的设备，尽可能做到节省资金的同时兼顾行业技术标准要求，选取较为理想的机械设备。本着低碳环保的要求，仪器设备尽可能选择大型化，节能环保的仪器设备。 在工艺流程及对工艺参数、产品质量、指标参数的控制上，参照国际陶瓷行业制定的国际标准，综合国内渗花抛光地板砖的生产状况，制定较为先进的工艺流程、工艺指标参数和质量标准要求。 本着突出技术先进、经济合理的原则，力求在体现本次设计的合理性、先进性、实用性的基础上，达到一定的经济效果。 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of social economy, increasing demand for construction ceramics.
