The purpose of this examination is to determine whether these arteries are blocked. According to the literatures, 5MHz or above was used in case of Extracranial vessels, whereas 2MHz was used in case of Intracranial vessels because of penetration through the skull by this low frequency. In order of quality assurance, this article would discuss direction and profile of the blood stream how to affect the examination of Intracranial vessels. An example of a 49-year-old male with long-term intermittent dizziness was found obvious difference in blood pressure and the radial artery pulse between both arms. Ultrasound and Magnetic Resonance Angiography (MRA) confirmed as subclavian steal syndrome. If vertebral artery backflow was found, we suggest the suspect of the subclavian st
