文章编号: 1672-4461( 2012) 0 文章编号: 1672-4461( 2012) 04-0059-04 液 体 二 氧 化 硫 技 改 工 程 的 探 索 实 践 程 亮，李俞良，李守荣，鲁兴武，马爱军 ( 西北矿冶研究院 冶金新材料研究所，甘肃 白银 730900) 摘 要: 本文叙述了某厂‘硫磺-氧气燃烧法’制液体二氧化硫技改工程的主要内容及经验。介绍了新旧生产装置 在焚硫方式上的不同及改进方案，将原有装置‘粗放型’的燃硫方式改为硫磺与氧气摩尔比为 1． 05 ～ 1． 1 燃烧，有 效的控制了硫磺蒸汽的产生量，减小了收尘系统的负荷，降低了操作费用，对提高产品质量起了重要作用。新装置 通过增加浓硫酸喷淋洗涤塔和浓硫酸填料洗涤塔洗涤二氧化硫烟气，能有效去除烟气中所含超细硫磺粉使液体二 氧化硫产品达到优等品指标。新装置没有生产废水和废渣的排放，在开车后 72 h 内需要逐步对装置中的设备进行 排空产生含二氧化硫的废气，可以对其进行碱液吸收，所以新装置对环境不造成危害。 关键词: 硫磺; 液体二氧化硫; 焚硫炉; 硫磺粉; 燃烧; 硫磺蒸汽 中图分类号: TF802 + ． 6 文献标识码: A Exploration and Practice on Technical Renovation Project of Liquid Sulfur Dioxide CHENG Liang，LI Yu-liang，LI Shou-rong，LU Xing-wu，MA Ai-jun ( Northwest Institute of Mining ＆ Metallurgy，Baiyin 730900，China) Abstract: This paper describes the main content and experience in the technical renovation project of liquid sulfur dioxide system in a factory using sulfur - oxygen combustion method． The differences between the old and new production plant in way of sulfur burning were introduced． The coarse sulfur combustion method in original device was converted into sulfur and oxygen burning with molar ratio of 1． 05 to 1． 1，resulting in effective suppression of sulfur steam generation and load reduc- tion of the dust collection system，operating costs were reduced，product quality improved． The new device can effectively remove the flue gas contained in the ultra-fine sulfur powder in liquid sulfur dioxide to achieve superior product indicator， by adding concentrated sulfuric acid spray scrubber and concentrated sulfuric acid filler scrubber to wash sulfur dioxide in flue gas． The new device did not produce waste water and waste emissions，but the exhaust gas containing sulfur dioxide in the device need to be gradually emptied and absorbed by lye within 72 hours after operation，so the new devices pose no harm to the environment． Key Words: sulfur; liquid sulfur dioxide; burning sulfur furnace; sulfur powder; combustion; sulfur steam 体，然后经压缩或冷冻将其液化。重要的工业
