Methods In compliance with the relevant laws, regulations and standards in China, the system design was completed according to wide variety of needs. Results An occupational health monitoring system for radiation workers was initially established. The system consists of four modules and three levels of users to make sure that is capable of smoothly running. Conclusions Through the collection of data, Some key risk points existing in radiology diagnosis and treatment have been identified in relation to radioactive occupational diseases, thus providing scientific basis for health administrative department to carry out decisionmaking and revision of laws and regulations . 【Key wor
