摘 要 - PAGE I - 摘　要 双周边传动自吸式吸泥机，是城市水厂、城镇污水处理厂常用的沉淀池吸泥设备。 采用中间进水和排泥，周边排水，保证水流均匀。利用液位差自吸式排泥，有浮渣刮集排除装置和过载保护装置。 其主要由驱动机构、主梁、中心旋转支座、导流筒、刮泥系统、排渣斗及冲洗机构、铰接式刮渣耙、撇渣板、撇渣斗、浮渣挡板、控制箱等部件组成。 污水从池中心的进水管经导流筒扩散后，均匀地向周边呈辐射状流出，呈悬浮状的污泥经沉淀后沉积于池底，上清液通过溢流堰板由出水槽排出池外，污泥刮板由池周刮向中心集泥槽，依靠池内水压通过排泥管排出池外。主梁在周边驱动装置的带动下，以中心旋转支座为轴心沿池顶以2.0m/min线速度行驶，主梁下部连接支架、污泥刮泥板等。近液面处设置浮渣刮板，沿中心稳流筒延伸至铰链式刮渣耙，当主梁旋转时，浮渣刮板将液面的浮渣由池中心撇向池周，收集在铰链式刮渣耙区内，收集的浮渣随主机在池周运动至撇渣斗，通过刮渣耙的铰链活动刮至撇渣斗内，排至池外。 关键词：中心；渣斗；浮渣；主梁；周边。 Abstract - PAGE 3 - Abstract Pair of periphery drive attracts mud machine from attracting style ， is that city water works ， precipitayion of city and town sewage treatment factory in common use pool attract mud equipment.
