青岛理工大学毕业设计（论文）用纸 PAGE 第 PAGE 5 页 摘 要 生鲜农产品易于腐烂、难贮存、不易长时间运输，生产者所面临的市场风险很大，很多生鲜农产品无法实现“货畅其流”和“物尽其值”，适宜的生鲜农产品物流体系就显得尤为重要。本文将广东省生鲜农产品物流体系的构建作为一个例子进行系统研究。首先对其物流发展的现状进行分析，探寻制约其发展的因素，并在此基础上构建广东省生鲜农产品物流体系，这对解决广东省生鲜农产品供给与消费之间的矛盾，提高农产品竞争力，增加农民的收入有重要意义。同时，在物流体系的建设和管理中，还应当加强区域物流体系的发展与规划，完善“绿色通道”与物流信息体系等基础设施的建设，尽快制定出物流行业发展的统一标准。针对地方政府而言，可以大力支持物流运作主导经济体加快发展。 关键词：生鲜农产品，物流体系，构建研究 ABSTRACT Fresh agricultural products are difficult to store and transport for a long time , producers are face great market risk . Many fresh agricultural products can not achieve the “smooth flow of goods ” and “make the best value” . So , an appropriate fresh agricultural products logistics system becomes particularly important . In this paper , constructing fresh agricultural products logistics system in Guangdong Province was systemic research as a example . Firstly , it analyzed the state of logistics system development and explored the factors constraining the development . On that basis it constructed fresh agricultural products logistics system in Guangdong Province ; this can sove the contradiction between supply and consumption of fresh agricultural products in Guangdong and improve the competitiveness of agricultural products . Meanwhile, in the construction and management of logistics system, should also strengthen the regional logistics system development and planning, improve the green channel and the logistics information system and other infrastructure, work out the logistics industry development of uniform standards.
