l l 宜宾学院 本科毕业论文(设计) 院(系)级班：计算机与信息工程学院08级3班 专 业： 教育技术学 题 目： 数字信息时代求职VCR在大学 毕业生求职过程中的作用探索 指导教师： XXX 导师职称： 实 验 师 学 号： 081103031 姓 名： XXXX 同 组 人： XXXXXXXXX 宜宾学院 2012 年 5 月 5 日 摘 要 基于数字信息时代的到来和大学生就业压力的不断增大，大学毕业生的求职方式也花样百出，视频简历的形式一出现就受到广大求职者和用人单位的格外关注，其影响范围也不断扩大，那么在如今的数字信息时代求职VCR在大学毕业生求职过程中的作用到底如何呢？对此我们小组展开了专项研究，研究的过程主要分五个阶段，分别是：国内外“视频简历”发展现状和存在问题的分析；VCR拍摄策划；VCR的创意构思；与用人单位联系并发送VCR；回收数据并进行统计分析。通过对每个阶段和总的研究，我们得出了数字信息时代求职VCR在大学毕业生求职过程中的作用探索的结果，希望可以为广大的大学毕业生求职给予一定的启示和参考。 关键词 信息时代； 大学生就业； 求职VCR； 作用 l Abstract Based on the digital information era and the increasing employment pressure of college students, university graduates are full of tricks, video resume form appeared by the vast number of job-seekers and employers pay close attention to all the more, its scope has been expanded, so in todays era of digital information in university graduates job hunting VCR process the effect after all how? We group launched a special study, the research process is divided into five main stages, respectively is: domestic and foreign video resume analysis of the development status and problems of VCR shoot; planning; VCR creative ideas; and the employing units and sending VCR; recovery of data and statistical analysis. Through each stage and total research, we derive the era of digital information in university graduates job hunting VCR s role in the process of exploration results, hope for the majority of university graduates job to give some inspiration and reference.
