PAGE II 毕业论文 摘 要 当今社会，物流已经日益成为人们关注的焦点，而配送中心能够缩减商品流通的中间环节，给广大消费者带来便利，在这种情况下，配送中心也就应运而生。以前的配送中心大多依靠手工作业，而现在的配送中心开始向信息化、自动化的方向发展。水果的物流配送是整个水果物流供应链上的重要环节，但我国目前水果物流配送体系尚未成型，配送中心分布不均衡，水果物流与销售组织之间不能有效衔接。 文章主要阐述了配送中心的相关概述，结合水果配送特点来分析水果物流的现状问题，以金华广源水果批发配送中心现状为例，介绍配送中心的基本情况，深入了解金华广源水果批发配送中心的业务流程和结构布局，明确金华广源配送中心在不断发展过程中存在的不足。最后针对问题的所在，对问题进行深入剖析进而改进，使其优化。 关键词：配送中心；水果物流；优化 Abstract Nowadays, people pay more attention to logistics.Distribution center comes up like the mushroom because it can reduce the middle link in the circulation of products and bring in more convenience to our customers.The previous distribution center mainly depend on manual work,but now the distribution center is developing in the direction of information,automation.The logistics of fruit distribution is the importangt link of the whole friut logistics supply chain.But at present the friut product logistics in our country hasn’t been well modled.For example,the distribution center of friut is not well balanced,friut logistics and sale organization can’t link up effectively. This article mainly expounds the relevant overview of distribution center and analyzes the present situation of fruit and logistics problems by combining fruit distribution.The thesis takes JinHua GuangYuan fruit distribution center as an example.First,the paper introduces the basic situation of the distribution center,then,thoroughing understand the business process and the structure and layout of JinHua GuangYuan friut distribution center,clearing the insufficient when it in the development process.Finally,according to the question,for further analysis and improvement to make optimal.
