State Key Laboratory of Plant Breeding and Genetics, Sichuan Agricultural University, Chengdu 611130, China Abstract: Genetics, the core course of biological field, is an importance major-basic course in curriculum of many ma- jors related with biology. Due to strong th eoretical and practical as well as abstract of genetics, it is too difficult to study on genetics for many students. At the same time, mathematics is one of the basic courses in curriculum of the major related natural science, which has close relationship with the establishment, development and modification of genetics. In this paper, to establish the intrinsic logistic relationship and construct the integral knowledge network and to help students improving the analytic, comprehensive and logistic abilities, we applied some mathematical infiltrative model genetic knowledge in genetics teaching, which could help students more deeply learn and understand genetic knowledge.
