Special Planning 特别策划 养老护理服务 · 北京市养老机构床位使用率现状调查 马晓雯 肖文文 谢红 [ 摘 要] 目的：调查北京市养老机构床位使用率现状，比较公办与民办养老机构的床位使用率差异，为养老机构运营管理、 政府制定相关政策提供依据。方法：采用自设问卷，对北京市 362 家养老机构进行横断面调查。结果：养老机构床位使用率为 49.67（22.11，78.33)%。床均职工数、床均护理员数、床均经认证机构培训的护理员数、投保床位率、收住社会老人所占比例、 是否与就近医疗机构签订医疗保障协议以及医疗保障是否纳入医保定点对养老机构床位使用率的影响有统计学意义。经过协方 差处理，公办与民办养老机构相对床位使用率差异无统计学意义。结论：北京市养老机构床位使用率较低，公办与民办养老机 构床位使用率无差别，机构及相关部门可从机构人力配置、床位投保、医疗保障、收住社会老人所占比例等多方面综合考虑以 提高床位使用率。 [ 关键词 ] 床位使用率；养老机构 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2015.07.002 The current status of bed occupancy rate of long-term care facilities in Beijing / MA Xiaowen, XIAO Wenwen, XIE Hong // Peking University School of Nursing, Beijing, 100191 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2015,15(7): 773-777 [Abstract] Objective: To understand the current status of the bed occupancy rate of long-term care facilities in Beijing and explore its influencing factors.
