基于游客行为感知的历史街区原真性和完整性研究 ——以昆明市文明街为例1 毛耀，撒莹，张涛 摘要：以昆明市文明街历史街区游客为研究对象，运用调查统计和网络文本相结合的方法，研究历史街区 原真性和完整性。从 “建筑文化”、 “人文情怀”、 “特色美食”、 “身心感受”四个维度构建游客行为 感知维度体系。通过SPSS 25.0软件进行信度分析、探索性因子分析、相关性分析和回归分析，评测文明 街游客行为感知维度可行性并提取主要行为感知的要素，运用ROSTCM6软件和语义分析系统网站处理2014 年4月至2019年2月在线旅游笔记和评论文本，采用内容分析法进行词条分析和情感色彩分析，为感知维 度体系提供补充说明。研究表明调查统计结合网络文本可补充游客行为的研究；游客重点关注“建筑文化”、 “人文情怀”和 “身心感受”三个层面，是历史街区原真性和完整性的体现，进一步说明历史街区保护的 重要性。 关键词：行为感知，感知维度体系，历史街区，游客，昆明市 Researchoftheauthenticity andtheintegrity historical blocksbytourists behaviorsensinginKunming Abstract:There are someTouristsamongthehistorical street in Kunming atpresent.Tourist isthemost important object.Both survey statistics and network texts are two important methods for the authenticity and the integrity of the historical blocks. The research contains four parts. Firstly, it will establish a system that is including “architectural culture”, “humanistic feelings”, “specialty food” and “physical and mental feeling” four factors. Secondly, it will carry out reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysisthrough SPSS25.0 software.Thirdly,by meansof evaluatingthesetouristsin Wenming Street,it will find out the main behavioral perception factor, and remark additionally between term analysis and emotional color analysis. Finally, it will handle the online travel samples and remarks from Apr. 2014 to Feb. 2019 by the ROST CM6 software and semantic analysis system website. In sum, it is an important component for study of the tourists’ behavior to both these survey statistics and these samples online. And it is very important to conserve historicalblocks, it is focused on touristsmanifestation ofthe authenticity and the integrity, such as, “architectural culture”,“humanisticfeelings” and“physical andmental feeling”.
