摘要 本论文主要叙述中小型高炉炼铁自动化系统结构、功能及主要系统的自动控制的原理及其实际应用。着重叙述了热风炉的参数控制过程（热风炉检测仪表及控制系统，热风炉换炉自动控制系统，）和应用。在每一个控制环节中，均用CAD绘出各个参数的检测图，在本论文中以热风炉燃烧控制为例，说明参数控制的原理，在高炉炼铁过程中，对热风温度、压力和流量要求特别的严格，本论文就是用WINCC软件绘制人机界面对高炉本体的温度和压力进行监控，用STEP 7编程软件对PLC进行编程，通过PID调节来控制热风流量、温度和压力，以达到工程的要求。在本论文中列出了每一个控制系统接线图及检测点，本控制系统的特点是：控制系统结构和控制方案都简单，低成本配置和先进的功能，选用德国西门子PLC作为电力传动控制和回路控制，采用工控机作为监控和过程控制，以利于维护和降低成本。系统的功能包括传统数字显示和对热风炉系统各参数控制的过程自动化。 关键词：热风炉；自动控制；应用 Abstract This thesis mainly narrates the middle and small scale blast furnace iron-smelting automated system structure, function and mainly control the principle of the system automatically and it is physically applied. Emphasized to describe a process (hot-blast stove detection instrumentation and control system, the hot-blast stove trades the stove automatic control system) that hot-blast stove parameter control and aplly. In the process of in each control link, with the examination diagram that the CAD draws an each parameter, in this thesis to take the control of the hot-blast stove trades the stove automatic control system as an example, the elucidation parameter control, and to hot-blast stove pressure, temperature and flow specially strict, this thesis be with the software of WINCC draws the man-machine interface to monitoring the hot-blast pressure, temperature and flow carrying on weaving the distance to the PLC with the STEP 7 plait distance software, regulating through a PID adjustment the pressure, temperature and flow of the hot-blast stove to attain the request of the engineering. Listed each control system to connect the line diagram and examinations to order in this thesis, the characteristics of this control system is: the Control system structure and the control projects all simple, low cost install and forerunner of function, choose to be the electric power with the German Siemens PLC to spread to move control and the back track control, adopting the work to control the machine conduct and actions supervision and the process controls,
