湖南理工学院毕业论文（设计） 第 PAGE 7 页 共 NUMPAGES 15 页 摘 要 湖南省湘维公司拟新建50kt/a VF-6特种纤维生产项目，并委托湖南省轻工纺织设计院编制了项目可行性研究报告。根据湘维公司最初意向，可行性研究报告对项目选址进行了初步的比较研究，确定了项目建设地址在怀化市工业园的选址方案。后由于该项目实际发展的需要及溆浦县人民政府的积极努力，湘维公司对于选址又进行了重新考虑，决定在项目正式上报审批前，将溆浦县江口镇和怀化市工业园两个选址方案平行考虑，最终由该公司的上级公司中国化工集团决定。笔者由于工作关系，参与了这一事件的全过程。通过调查，笔者从溆浦的区位、地理条件、自然条件及两个选址投资成本、运营管理成本等方面对进行了阐述、分析和比较，较之可行性研究报告在选址论证上更为详细，更为全面。笔者最后认为，该项目选址在溆浦县的湘维公司总部，具有投资成本节省，运营成本较低、管理效益好的特点，是最佳选址方案。 关键词：项目；选址；比较 SUMMARY Province Xiang Wei company in Hunan draws up to lately set up a 50 kts|the a special kind VF-6 fiber production item, and entrusted light work spinning in Hunan province design hospital to draw up an item possibility research paper.According to first intention of Xiang Wei company, the possibility research paper chooses the comparison research that the address carried on first step to the item and made sure item construction address at bosom turn address project in the choosing of city industrial park.Behind physically develop because of the item of actively making great effort of the demand and the Mao river bank county peoples government, Xiang Wei company for choose an address and carried on to reconsider, decided before the item formally reports examination and approval, Mao river bank county river the town and bosom turns city 2 in the industrial park choose the address project parallelism consideration, finally from the upper grade company of the company Chinese chemical engineering group decide.Writer because of working relation, participated in the whole processeses of this affairs.Pass a survey, the writer chooses address investment cost and carries a camp management from the niche, geography condition and natural condition of Mao river bank and 2 cost etc. elaborate towards carrying on, analysis and comparison, compare of the possibility research paper is more detailed in choosing address argument, more overall.The writer finally thinks that the item chooses an address the Xiang Wei company in the Mao river bank county
