精品 中 国 矿 业 大 学（北京） 本科生毕业设计（论文） 中文题目： 煤炭企业的物资精细化管理研究 英文题目： Research On The Coal Enterprise Goods And Materials Fine Management 姓 名： 学 号： 0611410104 学 院： 管理学院 专 业： 工商管理 班 级： 2006级 指导教师： 职 称： 讲师 完成日期： 2010 年 6 月 10 日 摘 要 煤炭企业传统的物资管理模式采用三级供应体制，容易造成多头管理、责任不清、管理效率低的问题。面对这些问题，本文提出了物资精细化管理研究，用以解决煤炭企业物资管理中存在的问题。 物资精细化管理不同于煤炭企业传统的物资管理手段，它是以专业化为前提、技术化为保证、数据化为标准、信息化为手段，以实现煤炭企业节能、降耗、减污、增效的有机统一为目标，最终为煤炭企业带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。 论文首先介绍了精细化管理理论和煤炭企业物资管理的特点，并结合煤炭企业传统物资管理的特点，从物资计划管理、物资采购管理、物资使用管理及物资仓储管理等环节分析煤炭企业在实施物资精细化的过程中可能出现的问题，从而引出了煤炭企业实施物资精细化管理的措施。措施中除了包括上述四个环节，还加入了加强物资成本控制和加强信息化建设两项。最后，论文结合龙煤集团鸡西分公司物资精细化管理的案例，说明了上述措施的有效性和可行性。 关键词：煤炭企业；物资管理；精细化管理 ABSTRACT Three levels of supply system is used in the coal enterprise tradition goods and material management is easy to cause the manifold principle, unclear responsibilities, inefficiency. Faced with these problems, this paper proposed the goods and materials fine management research to solve problems in the coal enterprise goods and material management.
