ABSTRACT: Objective To establish the tea quality safety traceability system of Lincang. Methods Taking
Lincang state farms as an example, requirements and system process of the tea quality safety traceability
system were analyzed, as well as the core technologies, including leaf picking, processing, packaging and
warehousing during tea planting. Results The whole production processes of tea were monitoring, which
promoted the tea quality and safety. Before purchasing tea, consumers can inquire products in
