Concerning the current situation that our agricultural products are suffering from the international green trade barrier .this paper analyzes the influences of green trade barrier on export trade of Chinese agricultural products, and actively seeks the effective measure to break the green trade barrier in order to promote the development and enhance the competitiveness of the export trade of Chinese agricultural products. INTRODUCTION With the deepening participation in global competition, Chinese agriculture is provided many opportunities and also is faced enormous challenges and risks. According to the Ministry of Commerce, since the participation in the WTO, 90 percent trade of Chinese agricultural products and food has influenced by foreign trade barriers, causing the direct and indirect loss of 100 billion or more. Therefore, we should go with the tide of green trade, join the international society actively, take green trade manners, resist and eliminate the green trade barrier in order to achieve the sustainable development of Chinese agricultural trade.
