Place and model Designed Equipments. Use the Mate positional relationship to mate to an Elevation Plane. Use the PinPoint Tool to place an equipment at a given coordinates. 1. Open or create a session file and define a filter for your workspace that includes the Amines Unit and its coordinate system. 2. Go to the Equipment Task environment. Make sure the Active Permission Group is set to Equipment. 3. Set the Active WBS to Contract 4 4. Select Place Equipment command from the vertical toolbar to open the Select Equipment Dialog box. 5. Locate the Horizontal Drum part number HorizontalDrum 01 using the tree view. Expand the Equipment Folder, the Tanks folder and the Horizontal Drum with Saddle Folder until you see the part. Select the part and click the OK button. The equipment appears in dynamics on your cursor. 6. Go to the Equipment ribbon bar and select More.. in the System drop down list.
