This paper first introduces the general situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country. And then, analyzes the present situation of our country small and medium-sized enterprise financial management and the existing major problems; Finally, in view of the above problem, claims from two aspects of macroeconomic environment and the enterprise itself measures, put forward the optimization Suggestions and countermeasures of small and medium-sized enterprise financial management.
