基于组态王温度监测系统的设计集美大学诚毅学院信息工程系电子信息工程专业 2011 届欧阳丰学号：2007943037 [摘要] 随着科学技术的不断进步，工业化要求随着工业化水平不断提高，分布式系统发展以及控制设备与监控设备之间通讯需要，组态软件设计的监控系统广受欢迎并逐步普及。为了温度的监测和提高工作的可靠性 ,设计了基 RS— 232 总线和组态王的温度监测系统。上位机利用组态王设计数据显示与曲线绘制的图形界面，通过 RS—232 总线与下位机通信 ,下位机采用单片机实现数据的采集并通过串行通信上传数据，将 DS18B20 采集的温度信息实时显示出来并传送给上位机。本文给出了系统总体结构、系统硬件电路和软件实现流程图。实验结果表明,系统测量准确，具有一定的实用价值。 [关键词] 组态王 DS18B20 RS—232 温度监测通信协议 Design of Temperature Monitoring System Based on Kingview Ouyang Feng NO:2007943037, Electronic Information Engineering Major, 2011, Dept. of Information Engineering, ChengYi College of Jimei University Abstract：Along with the science and technology unceasing progress, industrialization requirements with the industrialization level increases, a distributed system development and the control equipment and monitoring equipment communication between needs, configuration software design of monitoring system and gradually popularizing popular. To achieve remote temperature monitoring and improve the reliability of working, the remote temperature monitoring system is designed. In the system, the PC communicates with the MCU through RS232 bus. The MCU gets the temperature data from DS18B20, a digital temperature sensor. Then data are displayed and sent to the PC. In the article, the overall structure of the system is introduced and the hardware implementation circuit and the software flow chart are given. Practice indicates that the system has advantages of accurate measurement, wide temperature range and convenient controlling.
