（20 届） 毕业设计 日处理60吨4B酸生产废水的工艺及工程设计 摘 要 针对4B酸废水具有的色度高、生化指标差的特性，在资料分析的基础上，运用树脂吸附技术，确定设计方案，并进行理论计算分析。本设计采用调节池对污水进行预处理后通过提升泵房后用树脂吸附法对4B酸进行吸附，完成吸附后的废水通过中和曝气池对吸附废水进行中和处理，中和后的上清液排入集水池，集水池中的污水沉降后排入城市污水管网，中和后的污泥输送至污泥浓缩池进行浓缩处理。结果表明，该组合工艺对4B酸废水的色度、CODcr,有良好的处理效率，进水水质为COD浓度为10000-12000mg/L，色度200倍左右，pH值为1-2，出水水质为COD浓度为400mg/L，色度在20倍左右，pH值为6-9，其中COD的去除率达到90%以上，色度的去除率为90%，且对废水中的4B酸进行回收，每吨4B酸废水中能够回收5kg，经过中和处理后的出水水质达到国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-96)中的三级标准。可以排入城市污水管网，进行后续处理。 关键词：树脂吸附法；4B酸废水；中和曝气池；调节池；  4B daily processing 60 tons of acid production process and engineering design of wastewater Abstract 4B acid for wastewater with high color, poor biochemical characteristics, based on data analysis, using resin adsorption techniques to determine the design and theoretical calculation.
