普通钻床该装多轴钻床 精品文档 精品文档 收集于网络，如有侵权请联系管理员删除 收集于网络，如有侵权请联系管理员删除 精品文档 收集于网络，如有侵权请联系管理员删除 普通钻床该装多轴钻床 作者姓名：张 力 专业班级：机械三班 指导教师：胡波 摘要 多轴钻床是一种多孔加工的机床，它被广泛用于加工多孔工件。多轴钻床在生产中的应用，解决了普通钻床加工多孔工件时逐孔加工而浪费时间和人工这两个重要问题。在本毕业设计中，设计的六轴钻床为轮辐螺栓孔的加工机床，属于专用机床。 此次设计主要解决了多轴钻床加工过程中的两大主要问题：1：工件和刀具之间的定位问题；2：刀具导向问题。为了解决上述两大难题，我们在设计中采用合理的钻模板和定位装置对工件合理定位，从而完成孔的扩铰工序，解决了多轴钻床加工中的两大难题。同时也讨论了多轴钻床的总体设计问题，给出了总体设计方案，其中包括刀具与工件的与运动方式设计，对机床各个部件的功能和作用进行具体的阐述并体持技术要求，从而使工件被加工后达到设计要求。 本设计中我们还确定了机床的主要参数，如主运动参数和进给运动参数等。在重点章节中我们对机床的传动部件进行了详细的参数和结构设计，并且对传动件进行了强度和刚度验算，使其达到设计技术精度。其中特别对齿轮、轴、滚动轴承、键进行了具体的计算和验证。另外在最后一章对多轴钻床的定位和加紧机构进行了简单的原理设计。 关键词：六轴钻床 齿轮 轴 滚动轴承 键 刀具 Drilling machine of Multi-axis Abstract: Drilling machine of Multi-axis is the tool machine that a kind of bore process, it is used for processing many bore work pieces extensively.
