PAGE11 / NUMPAGES11 燃气炉操作规程及常见故障判断与排除 Gas furnace operating procedures and common fault diagnosis and elimination 燃烧系统简介 本炉燃烧系统由6支烧嘴组成，2个温控区。此燃烧系统采用连续式控制，通过控制电动执行器来控制风量，燃气大小通过比例阀来控制，从而实现风、气同时增减，比例燃烧。此模式燃烧状况可靠稳定，能有效的实现节能降耗目的。 燃烧系统有手动点火，微机控温方式，能实现手动/微机切换功能。 The furnace combustion system consists of 6 burners and 2 temperature control zones. The combustion system adopts continuous control, and the air volume is controlled by controlling the electric actuator. The gas size is controlled by a proportional valve, thereby achieving simultaneous increase and decrease of wind and gas, and proportional combustion. This mode is reliable and stable, and can effectively achieve energy saving and consumption reduction. The combustion system has manual ignition and microcomputer temperature control mode, which can realize manual/microcomputer switching function. 二、燃烧系统操作说明 燃气是一种易燃易爆的气体，所以，使用过程中安全第一。为了安全使用燃气设备，请遵守以下安全操作规程：Gas is a flammable and explosive gas, so it is safe to use first. In order to use gas equipment safely, please observe the following safety procedures: 炉子点火前检查所有燃气手动阀门是否全部关闭，防止燃气泄漏进入炉内，发生点火爆炸事故。Check all gas manual valves before the furnace is ignited to prevent gas leakage into the furnace and cause an ignition and explosion accident. 打开助燃风机、运行3分钟左右。Turn on the combustion air blower and run for about 3 minutes 在触摸屏上设置风机压力6KPa，按下“风机启动”按钮启动风机。检查风压异常报警是否消失。Set the fan pressure to 6KPa on the touch screen and press the Fan operation button to start the fan. Check if the wind pressure abnormality alarm disappears. 打开燃气总管手动球阀，燃气压力调至6-8Kpa（调试结束后一般可以不动），打开燃气总管电磁阀。（如果燃气压力过高，须放散后才能打开电磁阀）Open the gas main pipe manual ball valve, adjust the gas pressure to 6-8Kpa (can generally not move after commissioning), open the gas mains solenoid valve.
