PAGE 11 工会在企业和谐劳动关系中的角色定位问题研究 摘要：在经济全球化的背景下，中国开始拥抱世界，我国的经济开放也迈上新的台阶，我国的劳资关系也经历了不小的的变化。由于劳资关系的不平衡导致出现劳资对抗的现象也屡见不鲜。笔者认为在中国当前国情之下，为了缓解劳资之间的紧张关系，工会应该找到自己的角色定位，搭建企业与员工之间的桥梁，才能充分发挥自身在构建和谐劳动关系的纽带作用。工会与企业之间并不是完全对立的，具有中国特色的工会可以通过与资方之间的协商与合作达成劳资之间利益的平衡，维护双方利益。本文通过对相关概念进行界定，综述国内外学者的意见，从我国工会的历史、现状以及存在的问题，联系国外工会的发展实践，并结合W企业工会发展案例，探讨我国工会目前的角色错位问题。本文旨在分析我国工会如何更好发挥自身角色，提出一些具体建议，让工会在构建和谐劳动关系中扮演更好地角色。 关键词：工会；劳动关系；角色定位； Research on the role position of labor unions in harmonious labor relations Abstract： In the context of economic globalization, China began to embrace the world, our economic opening up to a new level, Chinas labor relations have undergone profound changes.
