But the green building in construction process there exist many problems, especially green construction project management problem particularly outstanding. In this paper, to promote green construction project management of the main problems of the research, exploration advance our country the construction of green building key problems, in order to promote the development of green building in China. This paper analyzes the concept of modern green architecture on the basis of green building management in developed countries were, for our country the green building engineeringmanagement provides useful reference. In this paper, the current in the green building project in our country, the problems in such as policy guarantee system is not complete, the mechanism of rewards and punishments, lack of green building assessment standard and green building management duties not clear are analyzed, and how to solve these problems is studied, puts forward the policy syste
