摘 要 本次毕业设计是对 H 市某城镇 5 万 m3/d 城市污水处理厂进行工艺初步设 计。主要任务是完成一个该污水处理厂工艺流程初步设计和单项处理构筑物设 计，并完成完成设计说明书，污水处理厂总平面图，高程图及各单项处理构筑 物设计图。 该污水处理厂设计规模为 5 万 m3/d 。由于该设计对脱氮除磷有要求故应选 2 取二级强化处理，且根据该地区进出水水质要求，确定工艺为 A /O 工艺。该工 艺的生物处理部分由厌氧池、缺氧池和好氧池组成。厌氧池主要功能是释放磷 , 同时部分有机物进行氨化。缺氧池的主要功能是脱氮。好氧池能够去除 BOD、 硝化和吸收磷。 2 该污水厂的污水处理流程设计为：从泵房到沉砂池，进入 A /O 反应池， 进入辐流式二次沉淀池，再进入消毒池，最后出水；污泥流程设计为：从反应 池排出的剩余污泥进入集泥配水井，再由污水泵送入浓缩池，然后进入贮泥 池，再进入脱水机房脱水，最后外运处置。 2 关键词： 城镇污水； 脱氮除磷； 二级强化处理； A /O 工艺； 工艺设计 I ABSTRACT The topic of this graduate design is about the design of the sewage treatment plant in the area of H . The main task is the primary design of the plant and the single item processing construction drawing design.The harvest of the primary design are not only design book 、 site plan of the sewage treatment plant 、 the elevation drawings of the treatment of sludge and sewage but also the single item processing construction drawing design . The construction of this plant is 50000 tons per day. Cause this design has demands on taking off the nitrogen and the phosphorus , the plant is designed to take upgraded secondary treatment ; and becauseof the water quality of the inflow and the izumi ,this design decides to use the Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic.
