The patent system, on the beginning, has put its creativity and innovative on sharpening the human intelligence. Compared with the traditional medicine which relied mainly on word and deed, pharmaceutical industry has developed in practice which emphasized on rational and rigorous experiment. For the reason that patent could bring a lot of interest to economy in the society, there are many disputes in the course of patent application. Our world has entered the molecular era when the gene medicine has joined the human health rebuilding actively. So this report will not only display famous disputes of traditional medicine and chemistry medicine in the course of patent application, but also cite some patent disputes on the gene drug and drug targets.
