城南新居北区8#楼施工组织设计 摘 要 本毕业设计的内容是编制一份投标文件,结合四年来所学的专业知识,在两个多月的努力下完成的。主要包括工程预算书、施工组织设计、一篇3500字左右的专题论文、10000英文字符的翻译以及绘制相关的工程图纸(A2)四张。 工程原型为南通城南新居北区8#住宅楼,一共六层,工程为砖混结构。 工程预算书是在计算工程量的基础上,套用相关定额。同时,运用了相关软件辅助计算,提高了准确度。 施工组织设计主要对工程概况、施工方案、施工进度计划、施工现场平面布置、安全技术措施等方面内容进行详细的阐述,并且绘制了相关图形和表格。 英文翻译主要介绍了建筑工程建设中工程项目管理的方法研究。 专题论文主要论述了建设工程项目招投标过程中存在诸多问题,有些地方及建设单位在招投标的指导思想和具体操作等方面都存在很多不尽如人意之处。有必要加强对招投标的管理工作,使工程招投标管理工作日趋有序化、规范化和科学化,真正体现招投标的“公开、公平、公正”的原则。 关键词:施工组织设计,工程预算书,建设工程,招投标,科学管理 Abstract This graduate design is compiled as a bid document. According to making use of four years’ specialty knowledge, the graduate design is completed under the efforts for more than two months. It is consists of the engineering budge, the construction organization design, a special small essay which including 3500 words, 10000 English characters in English translation as well as 4 pieces of related engineering drawingsA2. The project origins from the cheng nan xin ju bei qu 8# residential building which is built in the city of NanTong. This project mixes the structure for the brick, has six flours, including a garage and attic. The engineering budge is completed on the basis of calculating the quantity of the project. Then, use some useful rations. Meanwhile, as using the software to calculate, the quality and veracity of the budget are improved. The construction organization design mainly includes the general conditions of the project, the construction layout, the progress of the project, security measures and so on.
