Show some pictures about the sports things for the students to revise the sentence pattern “Do you have...” S1: Do you have a soccer ball? S2: Yes, I do./No, I don’t. Have a free talk with students to lead in the topic. T: Do you have breakfast at home every day? What do you eat? Do you like fruit? Make conversations to revise the target language in Unit 5. Answer the teacher’s questions. Revision and lead in. Step2 Presentation 1a Show some pictures about the new words and ask students to look and say to teach the new words and the sentence pattern. Guide the students to read the words in 1a together, and then match the words with the things in the picture. Learn the new words and the target language. Finish 1a.
