Teaching procedures:
I. Look at this comic. You know that Eddie is getting fat. Here “get” means “become”. What other meanings does “get” have?
II. Everyone has problems like Eddie. What problems do you have? Let’s look at some teenage problems.
Here “enough” is an adj., we use “enough + n.”, If it’s an adv., how shall we use it? We should use “adj./adv. +enough”.
III. If you have problems, what will you do to solve it? Will you go to your parents, friends or teachers? Maybe a youth worker is a good choice. Millie, Simon and Sue all wrote to Sigmund Friend, a youth worker. Do you remember what their problems are and what Sigmund Friend’s suggestions?

We can use imperatives, “Perhaps you should/can…”, “Why don’t you…?”, “Why not…?”, “What/ How about…?”, “It’s a good idea to…”
