Constructing the save society,promoting the sustainable development,this is the key work in the plan of eleven five of Liaoning Pmote restores the vegetation of Liaoxi，deepened the preventing and controlling of the industry pollution，put the water pollution and the air pollution under control.make sure that many people can drink clean water ,breath the clean air.In the plan of the district of linghe of jinzhou,mentioned the city afforestation coverage fraction achieves 40％ ，The life trash of the city detoxification processing ratio and the sewage centralism processing ratio achieves 100% and 70％ 。 So my design acts accord to the wastewater water quality and water volume， hydrology
