For another thing, without imagination, human beings would be thousands of years behind where they are now. for example, building airplane was originally an abstract concept in human brain, but Wright brothers turned it into reality. If human beings ever stop trying to put thought into reality, then we would never have the chance to further the development of ourselves and the world. Fortunately, the Wright brothers never stopped trying to make their imagination become reality. Imagination develops civilization, and is thus even more crucial than knowledge.
