体育教研组学期工作计划汇报 一、指导思想: 体育教研组将进一步树立“健康第一”指导思想,以学校本学期工作目标为导向,求真务实,切实落实三大主题与四个关键字,(即师德提升年、师能建设年、质量科研年。禁、谨、情和我。)认真完成学校安排的各项工作,推动学校体育工作有效高质的深入开展。 二、工作任务: (一)加强教育教学的学习与研究,践行师能建设年与质量科研年。 1、常态板块。 计划制订,制订好本学期的教学计划、课时计划和大课间活动内容,为课堂教学和大课间的有序进行做好准备。 备课,以年级为单位进一步完善学校的资源化×个性化的备课方式,开展分工合作备课,专人进行电子教案的上传,构建学校体育教案的资源库。其他教师参考资源库撰写个性化的备课教案。学校组织人员定时或不定时地对备课情况开展检查督导展览活动。 课堂观察,每位教师在本学期内听课达15节以上,主任听课25节以上。听课形式有互相约定式听课、学校随堂听课和学校组织的听课相结合。听课需要有点评,8节以上a,5-8节为b,1-4节为c,听课少于12节不得分。 2、特色板块。 主题构建,定期开进行教科研活动,为老师提供学习交流的平台。开展对同一个教学;He became interested in two theories that possibly explained how cholera killed people.
