南华大学继续教育学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE iii 农村地区胃癌高发原因探究 摘 要 近年来，随着社会经济的发展，我国许多方面的情况得到了改善，但胃癌的主要危险因素并未得到相应控制。我国农村胃癌病死率的上升速度明显快于城市，胃癌高发地区亦多在农村和西部地区，成为当地农民因病致贫、返贫的重要原因。胃癌不仅严重影响劳动人口的健康，而且成为医疗费用上涨的重要因素。据有关部门估算，每年用于胃癌患者的医疗费用达数千亿元。就家庭来说，胃癌不仅严重影响患者的生存质量，而且疾病负担十分沉重。特别是在一些胃癌高发或聚集性地区，可能会引起居民恐慌，制约当地经济发展，影响社会和谐。 关键词： 农村地区；胃癌高发；原因探究 The exploration about the causes of gastric cancer in rural areas Abstract In recent years, with the development of social economy, many aspects of our countrys situation improved, but the main risk factors for stomach cancer did not get the corresponding control.
