摘 要
随着企业集团改革的不断推进和市场经济的不断发展,公司面临的风险也在增加。不仅面临着金融风险,还受到所在产业风险、公司本身企业风险的影响,公司一旦发生重大风险事件,将对企业产生严重影响,集团公司的经营管理风险也有很强的传导性。因此加强对公司的风险管理,是公司长远发展之计。目前我国的公司风险管理还存在一些问题,如风险意识薄弱,风险管理文化缺失;风险治理结构不合理;风险管理内容不全面;风险管理技术单一,信息系统落后等问题,因此我们更要重视公司的风险管理问题。本文以风险管理理论为基础,探讨我国公司面临的各种风险和成因,并指出目前风险管理中存在的问题,最后以海天集团的风险管理实践为案例,对完善我国公司的风险管理提出一些建议。

Abstract
With the advancement of enterprise reform and development of market economy, companies face the risk of rising. Not only faced with financial risk, but also by the industry risk, the company itself, the impact of enterprise risk, the company in the event of major risk events, will be a serious impact on enterprise, risk of operation and management of the company also has a strong conductivity. So to strengthen the risk management of the company, is the companys long-term development. At present, the company risk management also has some problems, such as risk awareness is weak, lack of risk management culture; Risk governance structure is not reasonable; Risk management content is not comprehensive; Single risk management techniques, information systems lag behind, so we must attach importance to the companys risk management issues. In this paper, based on the theory of risk management, discusses China company faces various risks and causes, and points out the problems existing in the current risk management, finally with the examples of Haitian group risk management practices to perfect our company put forward some Suggestions of risk management.
