Definition A contract is a legally binding agreement，formed by the mutual consent of 2 parties. The essential contract elements (to create a contract) It is an agreement by offer and acceptance, which is supported by consideration from both parties and made with intention to be legally binding. An established contract ≠ a valid contract Why?
