The results showed that transplanting at different seedling ages had a certain in ? uences on quality, growth period, tilling ability and economic characters of machine transplanting seedlings; under the experimental conditions, machine transplanting culture of Hyou518 and Luliangyou996, which were 2 2 took as double-season late rice, the optimal seedling age was 17 d, and their yield reached 8 659.5 kg/hm and 8 125.5 kg/hm , respectively.
