F280U型管式换热器设计 摘 要 本课题设计是F280U管式柴油冷却器,组成部分分别是:管体、壳体以及管子等零件。它的组成结构非常紧密,排管很多,并且一样的直径状况下制作非常简易。本课题设计使用双壳程双管程。在使用时管程压力是1.35MPa,温度能够达到220℃,将油当做介质使用。而使用时壳程压力是1.15MPa,温度是110℃,也是用油当做介质。 设计冷却器时需要包含以下几点:管子的尺寸以及排列形式、圆筒、以及管板的原材料和厚度、防冲板等等。这个管子的使用原则是清洗方便和节约使用。管子以三角形的排列形式安装在管板上。原因是使用三角形排列使得管板的强度升高减少流体短路,以及尽可能多的排列更多的管子。设计时使用圆筒薄膜应力原则计算推导出壳体厚度计算公式。并且最小壁厚应该高于封头内径的0.14%,管板是设计中重要零件,在挑选材料时不光要检验力学性能,还要思考流体腐蚀性能的作用。需要在符合各种强度要求之下,降低管板的厚度。折流板的选择是圆缺型挡板,切去的弓形厚度普遍是外壳内径的15%到20%。 关键词 :壳程;管程;冷却器;零部件 ABSTRACT The design of this topic is the F280U tube type diesel cooler, which consists of tube, shell and tube. It has a very close construction, a lot of tubes, and the same diameter condition. It's very easy to make. This project is designed to use double shell double pass. In use, the tube pressure is 1.35MPa, the temperature can reach 220 degrees, the use of oil as a medium. While the use of shell pressure is 1.15MPa, the temperature is 110 degrees, but also oil as a medium. The design of the cooler involves the following: the size and arrangement of the tube, the cylinder, the raw material and thickness of the tube plate, the thrust plate, and so on. The principle of using this pipe is convenient cleaning and economical use. The tube is mounted in a triangular arrangement on the tube plate. The reason is the use of triangular arrangement to increase the strength of the tube plate, reduce fluid short circuiting, and arrange as many pipes as possible. The calculation formula of the shell thickness is deduced by using the principle of cylinder membrane stress. And the minimum wall thickness should be higher than 0.14% of the head diameter, the tube plate is an important part of the design, in the selection of materials, not only to test the mechanical properties, but also to consider the role of fluid corrosion.
