摘 要 首饰是人类活动最古老的表达载体之一。诞生于英国和美国的工艺美术运动 和十九世纪工业革命让机器进入了制造业。同时也刺激了首饰制造领域激进的变 革，首饰的制作工艺、材料与佩戴方式越来越具有开放性。上世纪六十年代在美 学和意识形态领域发生的革命浪潮影响了首饰的设计理念、制作方式、定义与实 践。欧洲和美国兴起了一大批首饰艺术家，他们通过不同的加工方法，给首饰全 新的表达方式，从而来探讨首饰的功能，突破物品和个人装饰物的既有定义。 当代首饰制作依然建立在几百年以来的首饰作坊传统的基础之上，虽然在快 速进化并融合工艺、设计、艺术于一体的同时，因面向市场的批量化生产而缺少 影响力与曝光度。在全球化的今天，也没有特别创新的生产方式。21 世纪是一个 科技的时代，随着各项科技的提高，机械化生产在制造业中拥有着举足轻重的地 位。而“工业 4.0”概念的提出，将制造业推向了另一个新的生产高度。利用物 联信息系统将生产中的供应，制造，销售信息数据化、智慧化，最后达到快速， 有效，个人化的产品供应。 在首饰制造业中，新型工厂的崛起、新生产方式优 越性显著，带有时代性的智能首饰悄然崛起，这些都意味着一个机械化、智能化、 个性化的时代将要冲击着首饰制造业。对于行业本身而言，高精度的产品决定着 机器比人工更加有利于铸造与加工、对材料的不断探索使产品赋予了更多的可能 性、当代科技的迅速发展又使产品拥有更多的呈现方式……这些都是对应着这个 时代的必然要求。 本文以智能化生产线为研究对象，从手镯、戒指等自动化柔性生产着手，探 究现有工厂加工体系的矛盾与问题，阐明智能化生产线的必要性，并结合我在深 圳智未来首饰有限公司 “工业4.0 大众定制”系列项目的实践经历，探索智能 化生产线的发展进程，以及对智能化生产线的未来展望。 关键词： 工业 4.0 新型工厂 时代性 Abstract Jewelry is one of the oldest expression vectors for human activities. The arts and crafts movement born in Britain and the United States and the industrial revolution of the nineteenth century brought machines into the manufacturing industry. At the same time, it has stimulated radical changes in the field of jewelry manufacturing. The production process, materials and wearing methods of jewelry are becoming more and more open. The revolutionary wave in the field of aesthetics and ideology in the 1960s influenced the design concept, production methods, definition and practice of jewelry. A large number of jewelry artists have emerged in Europe and the United States. They use different processing methods to give jewelry a new expression, thereby exploring the function of jewelry and breaking through the existing definitions of objects and personal decorations.
