As a fastest application realm of network technology in human resource-management, the network application invitation, compared to the traditional way of application invitation, has some obvious advantages. Along with the employment pressure becoming bigger, it is a problem that how to find the right needed human resource for our enterprise, along with reducing the cost in the human resource’s application invitation. It has great meaning to develop network application invitation for enlarging the employment, making progress to the enterprise’s developing. This paper analyze the current situation of our network application invitation on foundation of introducing the definition of network application invitation, putting forward some advice as strengthening the technique reform, making the network application invitation law, building up the related management organization and adopting to charge form aimed at the problem in the network application invitati on.Keywords: network application invitation ；invitation manner ；human resource 引 言 据统计全球每天约有 2000 万条就业值息发布，约有 3000 多万人在互联网 上发出求职简历。在互联网的发源地美国，平均每年有 50%以上的人通过互联网更换工作 。据《财富》统计，全球 500 强公司中有 88%使用网络招聘员工。近年来，我国网络招 聘也得到了迅速发展，网上求职用户数 2002 年为 177 万，2003 年为 376 万，2004 年 为 509 万， 2006 年达到了 962 万，每年平均增长近 200 万。网络招聘的发展促进了网 络招聘市场的繁荣，根据艾瑞公司《中国网络招聘研究报告》的研究数据显示，2003 年 中国网上招聘市场规模为 3.1 亿元人民币，占整体招聘市场的 8.1 % ，2004 年网上招聘 收人上升到 5. 5 亿元人民币，占总招聘市场的 13.2% ，预计到2006 年网上招聘收人将增 长到 16.9 亿元人民币，占整体招聘市场收人的 33% ，平均增长率为73.9%。 一、网络 招聘相关基本概念解析 网上招聘网络招聘也称在线招聘或者电子招聘（E-Recruiting）， 它是指利用互联网技术进行的招
